The bottom of the whole door-type double-beam structure is supported by the fixed road walking wheels and the swing road walking wheels respectively, so that the whole suspension time of the door-type double-beam structure is greatly shortened, the technical problem that deformation is large due to long suspension time is solved, and meanwhile the safety of the door-type double-beam structure is improved. Due to the arrangement of the fixed road walking wheels and the swing road walking wheels, the whole gate-type double-beam structure can be quickly changed into a vertical state from a horizontal state, and the hoisting time is greatly shortened. And after the hoisting rotation is started by 45 degrees, the two ends of the whole door-type double-beam structure are positioned on the fixed road walking wheel and the swing road walking wheel, and the positioning is accurate. According to the technical scheme, the installation efficiency and the installation quality can be improved, and effective installation of the large-span door type double-beam structure is achieved.

    一种条形料场取料机用超大跨度门式双梁结构整体吊装方法,采用两个主吊车和两个溜尾吊车,配合地面的固定道行走轮和摆动道行走轮,在吊装过程中,门式双梁结构整体从水平状态变为竖直状态,在这个过程中,门式双梁结构整体的底部分别由固定道行走轮和摆动道行走轮支撑上,从而使门式双梁结构整体悬空时间大幅减小,避免了悬吊时间长变形较大的技术问题,同时,由于固定道行走轮和摆动道行走轮的设置能够快速将门式双梁结构整体由水平状态变为竖直状态,大幅减少了吊装时间。并且开始起吊回转45°后,门式双梁结构整体的两端便定位于固定道行走轮和摆动道行走轮上,定位准确。本发明的技术方案能够提高安装效率和安装质量,实现对大跨度门式双梁结构的有效安装。
