The invention discloses an aircraft landing gear taxiing obstacle crossing impact test device and method based on electromagnetic ejection. The aircraft landing gear taxiing obstacle crossing impact test device comprises a test track, a test bed, a landing gear and an anti-falling device. A sliding plate is arranged on the test track, a linear motor is arranged on the test track, and a barrier boss is arranged on the sliding plate; the test track is composed of an electromagnetic acceleration track and an electromagnetic deceleration track. A hydraulic braking device and an emergency speed reduction device are arranged on the electromagnetic speed reduction track, a hanging basket is arranged in the test bed, and a data acquisition device is arranged on the test bed; the anti-falling device comprises a bearing plate, a fixed pulley, a connecting cable and a self-locking mechanism. According to the test device, the sliding plate is accelerated by adopting an electromagnetic ejection technology, the undercarriage cannot be impacted for multiple times even if the test device is out of order, damage to an undercarriage test piece is avoided, three layers of deceleration areas are arranged on the test track, and potential safety hazards in the test process can be reduced.
本发明公开了基于电磁弹射的飞机起落架滑跑越障冲击试验装置及方法,包括试验轨道、试验台架、起落架以及防坠装置;试验轨道上设有滑板,试验轨道上设有直线电机,滑板上设有障碍凸台;试验轨道由电磁加速轨道和电磁减速轨道组成;电磁减速轨道上设有液压制动装置与应急减速装置,试验台架内设有吊篮,试验台架上设有数据采集设备;防坠装置包括承载板,定滑轮,连接索,以及设置自锁机构。本发明试验装置采用电磁弹射技术对滑板进行加速,即使试验装置失灵也不会多次撞击起落架,避免对起落架试验件造成损害,且试验轨道上设置了三层减速区域,可以降低试验过程中的安全隐患。
