The invention relates to an aircraft nose landing gear taxiing and shimmy simulation test bed. The test bed comprises a test device main body structure, a power execution control mechanism, a vibration excitation mechanism and a vibration detection system. The method solves the problems of determination, contrast evaluation and detection analysis of the shimmy influence factors of the nose landing gear of the aircraft. The torsion steering engine is added, so that the turning condition of a ground plane can be simulated. The height-adjustable supporting cross beam can adapt to undercarriages of different sizes only by replacing the undercarriage clamp instead of replacing the whole frame, so that the use cost is greatly reduced. And more accurate data are provided for the design of the nose landing gear of the aircraft.
