The invention provides a vehicle control torque determination method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring target state information of a target vehicle at the current moment and a target image of a driving road surface; inputting the target state information and the target image into a torque control model; processing the target state information through a first attention network to obtain vehicle state features; processing the target image through a second attention network to obtain pavement features; processing the vehicle state features and the pavement features through a feature splicing network to obtain splicing features; and processing the splicing features through a deep neural network to obtain a target control torque of the target vehicle. By means of the technical means, the problems that in the prior art, vehicle torque output is insufficient and unstable due to the fact that road conditions are not considered in vehicle torque control are solved.
