The invention discloses an anti-collision detection control method, device and equipment for a loading and unloading robot. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an image of a vehicle body operation area of the loading and unloading robot; identifying and positioning pedestrians in the operation area of the loading and unloading machine in real time according to the image, and determining coordinates of a pedestrian bounding box; distance measurement is carried out according to the pedestrian bounding box coordinates, an area where the pedestrian is located is determined, and if the pedestrian is located in a dangerous area, a corresponding alarm instruction is sent to a related module according to the dangerous area where the pedestrian is located; the related module comprises an alarm display module and a main controller; and according to the alarm instruction, giving an alarm of a corresponding level in the alarm display module and/or enabling the main controller to control the loading and unloading machinery to brake. The problem of man-machine collision accidents caused by the fact that intelligent pedestrian early warning and emergency braking cannot be carried out within the operation range of the loading and unloading machine is solved.

    本发明公开了一种装卸机械人机防撞检测控制方法、装置及设备,该方法包括:采集装卸机械车体作业区域的图像;根据图像对装卸机械作业区域的行人进行实时识别和定位,确定行人边界框坐标;根据行人边界框坐标测距,确定行人位于的区域,若行人位于危险区域,则根据行人所在的危险区域向相关模块发送相应的报警指令;相关模块包括报警显示模块、主控制器;根据报警指令在报警显示模块中进行相应等级的报警和/或使主控制器控制装卸机械制动。本发明解决了装卸机械作业范围内无法进行行人智能预警并紧急制动导致的人机碰撞事故发生的问题。
