The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle thermal management, and particularly relates to a hybrid vehicle thermal management system, a thermal management method and a hybrid vehicle. The hybrid vehicle thermal management system comprises a control unit and a high-temperature cooling loop, and a high-temperature cooling unit, an electronic thermostat and a second water pump are connected to the high-temperature cooling loop in series. The system further comprises a low-temperature cooling unit, the two ends of the low-temperature cooling unit are connected with three low-temperature cooling branches in parallel, the first low-temperature cooling branch exchanges heat with inlet air of the engine through a water-cooling intercooler, and the second low-temperature cooling branch exchanges heat with oil cooling branches of the generator, the driving motor and the hybrid transmission through an oil cooler. The third low-temperature cooling branch is used for cooling the motor controller and further comprises a first water pump; and the control unit is in control connection with the first water pump and the second water pump. By the adoption of the hybrid vehicle thermal management system, the occupied space and cost of the thermal management system can be reduced, and the energy utilization rate is greatly increased.

    本发明属于车辆热管理技术领域,具体涉及一种混动车辆热管理系统、热管理方法及混动车辆。其中混动车辆热管理系统包括包括控制单元、高温冷却回路,所述的高温冷却回路上串有高温冷却单元、电子节温器和第二水泵;还包括低温冷却单元,低温冷却单元两端并联有三条低温冷却支路,第一低温冷却支路通过水冷中冷器与发动机的进气进行热交换,第二低温冷却支路通过油冷器与发电机、驱动电机以及混动变速箱的油冷支路之间进行热交换,第三低温冷却支路用于对电机控制器进行散热,还包括第一水泵;控制单元控制连接所述第一水泵和所述第二水泵。采用本发明的混动车辆热管理系统可以减小热管理系统的占用空间和成本,大大提高能量利用率。
