The invention provides a hybrid heat management method and system for a whole vehicle. The heat management method comprises the steps that a pre-control heat exchange intensity model and a feedback heat exchange intensity model are constructed; the heat source heat load and the cooling medium actual measurement temperature in each heat exchange loop are obtained and input into the pre-control heat exchange intensity model to obtain a heat exchange intensity pre-control value; the target temperature of a cooling medium in each heat exchange loop is obtained, and a feedback heat exchange intensity model is input to obtain a heat exchange intensity feedback value; the total heat exchange intensity value in each heat exchange loop is calculated according to the heat exchange intensity pre-control value and the heat exchange intensity feedback value, the rotating speed, the pulsation amplitude and the pulsation frequency of the variable frequency pump are adjusted according to the total heat exchange intensity, and then the heat exchange coefficient of the cooling medium is adjusted; and heat exchange is realized according to the cooling medium in each heat exchange loop, so that hybrid heat management of the whole vehicle is carried out. Heat exchange is adjusted by adjusting the heat exchange coefficient of the cooling medium, the power and the size of the pump and the cooling fan of the system are effectively reduced, and waste of resources is avoided.

    本发明提供一种整车混合热管理方法及热管理系统,热管理方法包括:构建预控换热强度模型和反馈换热强度模型;获取各热交换回路内热源热负荷和冷却介质实测温度,输入预控换热强度模型得到换热强度预控值;获取各热交换回路内冷却介质目标温度,输入反馈换热强度模型得到换热强度反馈值;根据换热强度预控值和换热强度反馈值分别计算各热交换回路中的总换热强度值,根据总换热强度调整变频泵的转速、脉动振幅和脉动频率,进而调整冷却介质的换热系数;根据各热交换回路内的冷却介质实现热交换,以进行整车混合热管理。本发明通过调整冷却介质的换热系数调整换热,有效的减小了系统的泵、冷却风扇的功率、体积,避免了资源的浪费。
