The invention discloses a traffic management scheduling method and system for a multi-AGV complex environment. The method comprises the following steps: associating adjacent line sections with different traffic management intersections; aGV dynamic coordinates are stored; reading road section setting information; judging whether the AGV enters a traffic control area, and if yes, decelerating according to a preset instruction; judging whether the passing stations of the two vehicles at the current intersection are the same or not, if so, running the rear vehicle along with the front vehicle to pass through the intersection; judging whether the passing stations of the two vehicles in the current intersection have overlapped stations or not, and if yes, stopping the rear vehicle to wait; judging whether the paths of the two vehicles are crossed or not, and if so, enabling the vehicle with a small distance from the crossing point to pass firstly; judging whether the shortest distance between the planned paths of the two vehicles with no overlapped stations at the current intersection reaches a safe distance or not, and if yes, allowing the passing of the following vehicles; releasing the first vehicle at each intersection; the method has the advantages that front and back vehicle control of the multiple AGVs in the complex environment is achieved, and the system operation efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种多AGV复杂环境的交管调度方法及系统,方法包括:将临近的线路路段关联不同的交管路口;存储AGV动态坐标;读取路段设置信息;判断AGV是否进入交管区域,若是,则按预设指令减速;判断当前路口中两车的经过站点是否相同,如果相同后车运行跟随前车一起通过路口;判断当前路口中两车的经过站点是否有重合的站点,如果有,后车停止等待;判断两车的路径是否存在交叉,若是,则距离交叉点的距离小的车辆先通行;判断当前路口没有重合站点的两车规划路径之间的最短距离是否达到安全距离,若是则允许后车通行;释放各个路口第一辆车;本发明的优点在于:实现多辆AGV在复杂环境下的前后车辆控制,提升系统运行效率。
