The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a climbing hoisting platform and method for a prefabricated pipe in a pipe well, the structure comprises a main load-bearing truss, a hydraulic jacking mechanism and a climbing mechanism, the hydraulic jacking mechanism and the climbing mechanism are both arranged on a wall of the pipe well, the main load-bearing truss and the climbing mechanism are movably connected in the vertical direction, and the main load-bearing truss is movably connected with the climbing mechanism in the vertical direction. The main load-bearing truss is connected with the hydraulic jacking mechanism, and the hydraulic jacking mechanism drives the main load-bearing truss to vertically move along the climbing mechanism; the device further comprises a walking track, a transverse moving frame and an electric hoist, the walking track is arranged on the main force bearing truss, the transverse moving frame and the walking track are movably connected in the horizontal direction, and the transverse moving direction of the transverse moving frame and the transverse moving direction of the electric hoist are the same. The hoisting range of the climbing hoisting platform is not limited by the transverse moving range of the electric hoist on the walking track any more, so that the hoisting range of the climbing hoisting platform is widened, and the climbing hoisting platform can perform large-range hoisting.
