The radian of the arc-shaped suction cup is matched with the inner wall of the prefabricated well, a lifting lug is fixed to the top of the telescopic rod, and a bearing rope is connected to the lifting lug. After the telescopic rods extend, the arc-shaped suction cups are attached to the inner wall of the prefabricated well, the device and the prefabricated well are fixed together through the adsorption force of the arc-shaped suction cups, and then the prefabricated well can be hoisted and installed into a well pit through hoisting equipment. The prefabricated well is hoisted and installed through the device, the well wall does not need to be punched, the integrity and leakproofness of the structure of the prefabricated well are guaranteed, the reserved hole blocking work of a traditional hoisting method is avoided, and therefore the hoisting and installing efficiency of the prefabricated well is improved.
本发明涉及一种预制井吊装装置,包括支撑座,支撑座的四周固定有四个支撑组件,支撑组件包括伸缩杆、弧形支撑板和弧形吸盘,伸缩杆的一端与支撑座固定连接,另一端与弧形支撑板固定连接,弧形吸盘固定在弧形支撑板的外侧,弧形吸盘的弧度与预制井的内壁相适配,伸缩杆的顶部固定有吊耳,吊耳上连接有承重绳。伸缩杆伸长后,使弧形吸盘与预制井的内壁贴合,通过弧形吸盘的吸附力将本装置与预制井固定在一起,即可通过起重设备将预制井吊装安装至井坑内。通过本装置吊装安装预制井不需要在井壁上进行打孔,保证了预制井结构的完整性和严密性,也避免了传统吊装方法对预留孔的封堵工作,从而提高了预制井的吊装安装效率。
