A sea rescue unmanned underwater vehicle comprises an underwater vehicle body, posture adjusting propellers are connected to the four corners of the underwater vehicle body respectively, an outer side baffle is connected to the underwater vehicle body, and a soft robot device is connected to the center of the interior of the underwater vehicle body; the device can be used for actively rescuing offshore injured persons, can be submerged underwater for safe transportation, ensures the transportation safety and oxygen supply of the injured persons, and has the advantages of high rescue efficiency, convenience in transportation, safety, reliability and the like.
