The invention discloses a light-weight bogie frame, a bogie and a railway vehicle. The light-weight bogie frame comprises a cross beam assembly and two side beam assemblies. Each cross beam assembly comprises two guide frame supporting bodies and a side bearing supporting body, and the guide frame supporting bodies are arranged at the two ends of the side beam assemblies and connected with the side bearing supporting body located in the middle through riveting; the two side beam assemblies are connected to the two sides of the cross beam assembly to form an H-shaped structure. The cross beam assembly and the side beam assembly share the side bearing supporting body and are connected in a riveting mode. When the bogie frame is assembled, the side bearing supporting body can be assembled on the guide frame supporting body firstly and connected with the center plate supporting body composed of the cross beams, or the side bearing supporting body can be assembled on the center plate supporting body firstly and then connected with the guide frame supporting body.
