The whole vehicle thermal management control system comprises a VCU, an engine, an engine radiator, an engine main water pump, a four-way valve, a PTC, a heat exchanger, a battery water pump, a warm air water pump and a battery pack, the engine, the engine radiator, the engine main water pump, the four-way valve, the PTC, the heat exchanger, the battery water pump, the warm air water pump and the battery pack are connected with the VCU, the four-way valve comprises a port A and a port D, one end of the engine radiator is connected with the port A, and the other end of the engine radiator is connected with the engine. The engine is further connected with the engine main water pump. One end of the warm air water pump is connected with the port B, and the other end is connected with the engine main water pump and one end of the PTC; the other end of the PTC is connected with the port C, and the other end of the PTC is also connected with the port D through the heat exchanger; the heat exchanger is connected with the battery pack through the battery water pump. According to the whole vehicle thermal management control system and method of the plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, the double heating mode of the PTC and the engine is adopted, and the whole vehicle heating function under the non-gun-inserting charging working condition in the extremely low temperature environment can be achieved.

    本发明公开了一种插电式混合动力汽车的整车热管理控制系统及方法,包括:VCU和与VCU连接的发动机、发动机散热器、发动机主水泵、四通阀、PTC、换热器、电池水泵、暖风水泵和电池包,四通阀包括A‑D口,发动机散热器的一端与A口连接,另一端与发动机连接,发动机还与发动机主水泵连接;暖风水泵的一端与B口连接,另一端分别与发动机主水泵和PTC的一端连接;PTC的另一端与C口连接,PTC的另一端还通过换热器与D口连接;换热器还通过电池水泵与电池包连接。本发明的插电式混合动力汽车的整车热管理控制系统及方法,采用PTC+发动机的双采暖模式,能够实现在极低温环境下非插枪充电工况下的整车采暖功能。
