The lifting hook cover plate is fixedly assembled on the base body through a fixing bolt pair, the lifting rod penetrates into a rotating groove in the top end of the base body from the lifting hook cover plate, a rolling bearing is arranged at the contact end of the rotating groove and the lifting hook cover plate, a thrust bearing is correspondingly assembled in the rotating groove, and the lifting rod is sequentially connected with the rolling bearing and the thrust bearing in a screwed mode. According to the top rotating mechanism, traditional sliding friction is changed into rolling friction through rotating matching of the thrust bearing, the rolling bearing and the lifting rod, the friction position is changed into a replaceable part bearing from a lifting lug of a friction main stress part, and safety accidents are structurally eradicated.
