The invention discloses an automatic rotating type clip hook lifting appliance which comprises a beam frame, a flange supporting piece, a power assembly and a control system, the flange supporting piece is in a hook shape and is formed by fixedly connecting plate frames, the beam frame comprises at least three cross beams, the cross beams are evenly distributed on the same plane in a radial shape, one end of each cross beam is fixedly connected to the center of the beam frame, and the other end of each cross beam is fixedly connected to the power assembly. One end of each cross beam is movably connected with a hinge structure, the other end of each cross beam is movably connected with a flange supporting piece, the flange supporting pieces can rotate around the hinge axes of the hinge structures, power assemblies are movably connected between the flange supporting pieces and the cross beams, the power assemblies are controlled by the control system to reciprocate, and the rotation range of the flange supporting pieces is limited while power is provided for the flange supporting pieces. By changing the automation degree of the lifting appliance, the high-altitude operation risk is reduced, the physical labor of constructors is reduced, the difficulty and risk of manually mounting and dismounting the lifting appliance are avoided, and the lifting appliance is simple and stable in structure, low in self height, high in adaptability and easy to operate.

    本发明公开了一种自动化转动式抱钩吊具,包括梁架、法兰支撑件、动力组件和控制系统,法兰支撑件呈钩型,由板架固定连接而成,梁架包括至少三根横梁,横梁呈放射状均匀分布于同一平面,各横梁的一端均于梁架中心位置处固定连接,另一端皆活动连接有一法兰支撑件,使法兰支撑件可绕铰接结构的铰接轴线转动,法兰支撑件与横梁之间还活动连接有动力组件,动力组件受控制系统控制进行往复运动,为法兰支撑件提供动力的同时也限制了法兰支撑件的转动范围。本发明通过改变吊具的自动化程度,降低了高空作业风险、减少了施工人员体力劳动、避免人工安装和拆卸吊具的困难和风险,并且本发明的吊具结构简单而稳定、自身高度较低、适应性强、操作简单。
