The invention relates to a ballast tank pressure discharge load system above a ship design waterline and a design method, a ballast tank in the system is located above the ship design waterline, and the ballast tank is connected with a fire fighting or other water injection pipeline system, a gravity discharge load pipeline system and the like and is used for realizing a pressure discharge load mode of fire fighting or other water injection ballast and gravity discharge load. By reasonably arranging the arrangement position of the ballast tank and by means of fire fighting or other equipment and pipelines, the problems of high equipment configuration requirement and high pipeline arrangement difficulty caused by high requirement for pressure drainage water carrying capacity, high requirement for operation time indexes and the like in sinking and floating operation are solved, and great economic benefits are brought to overall design and construction of ships. By means of the design method, key design parameters such as the arrangement condition of the ballast tanks, the number of ballast dual-purpose pumps, the pipe diameter of a fire fighting or other water injection pipeline system, the pipe diameter of a gravity discharge pipeline system, the average gravity discharge flow speed and the pipe diameter of a ventilation pipeline system can be obtained, and a design scheme of the ballast tank pressure discharge system above the ship design waterline is formed.

    本发明涉及一种船舶设计水线以上压载舱压排载系统及设计方法,该系统中的压载舱位于船舶设计水线以上,压载舱连接消防或其他水注入管路系统、重力排载管路系统等,用于实现消防或其他水注入压载、重力排载的压排载方式。通过合理设置压载舱布置位置、借用消防或其他设备及管路,从而解决因沉浮作业压排载水量需求高、作业时间指标要求高等原因造成的设备配置需求高及管路布置难度大的问题,为船舶总体设计及建造带来很大的经济效益。该设计方法可以得到压载舱布置情况、压载兼用泵数量、消防或其他水注入管路系统管径、重力排载管路系统管径、重力排载平均流速、透气管路系统管径等关键设计参数,形成船舶设计水线以上压载舱压排载系统设计方案。
