本发明涉及一种集装箱船压载舱透气管设计方法,该方法包括以下步骤:S1、根据压载舱位置,判断是否存在压载舱最高位置透气管无法安装或者透气管需要穿过其他压载舱的问题,若存在,则在压载舱前后延伸布置透气箱,透气箱上端面与压载舱最高位置平齐,透气箱与压载舱连通,在透气箱的上端面安装透气管;S2、为了便于透气管管路排布,透气箱设置在横隔舱或通道内;S3、根据压载舱注入管截面积大小A1,选择所需透气管总截面积A2,保证A2≥1.25*A1。本发明的设计方法,克服原有设计中透气管位置难以布置在压载舱最高点的问题,解决了原有设计透气管需要穿越其他压载舱可能导致压载舱之间连通以及压载舱局部憋气的问题,降低了透气管安装的难度。
