When the overall length of a vehicle body needs to be adjusted, a third motor is started and then drives a first belt wheel to rotate, due to the fact that the first belt wheel and second belt wheels are each of a double-groove structure, when the first belt wheel rotates, the second belt wheels at the two ends are driven by two belts to rotate synchronously, and after the two second belt wheels rotate, threaded rods are driven to rotate; when the threaded rod rotates in the rack, the overall length of the vehicle body can be stretched and reduced, and therefore matching devices with different sizes and lengths can be conveniently installed in a matched mode.

    本发明公开了一种有效避障的底盘小车,包括车架,所述车架的一端两侧均设置有后履带轮,所述车架远离后履带轮的一侧两端均活动安装有机架,两个所述机架的外侧均设置有前履带轮,两个所述前履带轮和两个所述后履带轮均通过第一电机驱动。本发明当需要调节车身整体长度时,启动第三电机,第三电机启动后带动第一带轮转动,由于第一带轮和第二带轮均为双槽结构,第一带轮转动时通过两个皮带带动两端的第二带轮同步转动,两个第二带轮转动后带动螺纹杆旋转,螺纹杆在机架内部旋转时会拉伸和缩减车身的整体长度,这样便于适配安装不同体积和长度的配套装置。
