The invention relates to the technical field of automobile parts, in particular to a supporting axle structure used for a balanced suspension and a suspension system. The supporting axle structure used for the balanced suspension comprises an axle housing assembly, a lower thrust rod support and a spring guide mechanism, and the lower thrust rod support is arranged on the axle housing assembly and used for being connected with a lower thrust rod assembly; the spring guide mechanism is arranged on the axle housing assembly and comprises a containing space used for limiting a steel plate spring. The embodiment of the invention provides the supporting bridge structure for the balanced suspension and the suspension system so as to solve the problem that a supporting bridge suitable for the balanced suspension system does not exist in the prior art.
