The invention discloses a balanced suspension structure which comprises a balanced suspension support, an axle assembly and a plate spring and further comprises a thrust rod and a thrust rod support,the thrust rod support is fixed to the axle assembly, and the two ends of the thrust rod are hinged to the balanced suspension support and the thrust rod support through pin shafts respectively. The included angle between the axis of the thrust rod and the horizontal line ranges from 0 degree to 3 degrees, and in the compression deformation process of the plate spring, the end, connected with thethrust rod support, of the thrust rod is lower than the end, connected with the balanced suspension support, of the thrust rod all the time. According to the balanced suspension structure, the workingangle of the lower thrust rod is optimized, the vertical component force of the thrust rod is reduced, and meanwhile, a key bearing part is reinforced, so that the suspension is suitable for a driveaxle group of a heavy special chassis.

    本发明公开了一种平衡悬架结构,包括平衡悬架支座、车桥总成、板簧,还包括推力杆及推力杆支座,所述推力杆支座固定在车桥总成上,所述推力杆的两端分别通过销轴与平衡悬架支座和推力杆支座铰接,所述推力杆的轴线与水平线的夹角为0~3°,板簧在压缩变形过程中,推力杆上与推力杆支座连接的一端始终低于与平衡悬架支座连接的一端。该平衡悬架结构优化了下推力杆的工作角度,减小了推力杆的垂向分力,同时对关键承载部位进行了强化,使该类悬架适用于重型特种底盘的驱动桥组。
