One end of an inductor L is connected with one end of a switching tube Q1, one end of a switching tube Q2 and one end of a capacitor C1, and the other end of the switching tube Q2 is connected with one end of a switching tube Q3 and one end of a capacitor C2; the other end of the switch tube Q3 is respectively connected with the other end of the capacitor C1 and one end of a switch tube Q4, and the other end of the switch tube Q1 is also connected with the other end of the capacitor C2; wherein the other end of the inductor L and the other end of the switch tube Q1 form a low-voltage side port, and the other end of the switch tube Q4 and the other end of the capacitor C2 form a high-voltage side port. Under the condition that the voltage stress is reduced, the number of required elements is greatly reduced, and extra hardware resource consumption is reduced, so that the power conversion efficiency and the utilization rate of the power switch are improved. Finally, according to the converter, the system and the control method thereof, coupling inductors are not needed, so that the converter design is greatly simplified, and the converter is suitable for being applied to electric automobiles.
本发明公开了一种具有宽电压增益范围的电动汽车用双向DC‑DC变换器、系统及其控制方法,电感L一端分别与开关管Q1、开关管Q2和电容C1的一端相连接,开关管Q2另一端分别与开关管Q3、电容C2的一端相连接,开关管Q3另一端分别与电容C1另一端和开关管Q4一端相连接,开关管Q1另一端还与电容C2另一端相连接;其中,电感L另一端,开关管Q1另一端组成低压侧端口,开关管Q4另一端,电容C2另一端组成高压侧端口。本发明在降低电压应力的情况下,所需的元件数量大大降低并减少了额外的硬件资源消耗,因此,电源转换的效率以及电源开关的利用率都得到了提高。最后,本发明提出的变换器、系统及其控制方法不需要耦合电感因而变换器设计得到大大简化,适合于电动汽车应用。
