The invention discloses a linkage signal acquisition system and an intelligent identification method based on video streaming, and the acquisition system comprises a computer linkage system, a train dispatching command system, and a linkage signal and driving log information acquisition device. The chain signal and driving log information acquisition device comprises a first VGA distributor, a second VGA distributor and a high-definition video encoder. According to the interlocking signal acquisition system, a channel special for video information transmission is branched out through the VGA distributor, instead of obtaining video information by shooting a display of a computer interlocking system, so that internal and external interferences are greatly reduced or shielded. The linkage signal intelligent identification method comprises the steps of system initialization, signal change detection and signal area type matching, signal state identification based on the signal area type, linkage signal processing and recording and the like, and intelligent, accurate and efficient identification of the linkage signal based on the video stream is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于视频流的连锁信号采集系统及智能识别方法,采集系统包括计算机连锁系统、列车调度指挥系统、连锁信号及行车日志信息采集装置,所述连锁信号及行车日志信息采集装置包括:第一VGA分配器、第二VGA分配器和高清视频编码器;连锁信号采集系统通过VGA分配器分出一路专用于视频信息传输的通道,替代通过拍摄计算机连锁系统的显示器获取视频信息,大大减小或屏蔽了内、外部干扰。连锁信号智能识别方法包含系统初始化、信号变化检测及信号区域类型匹配、基于信号区域类型识别信号状态、连锁信号的处理及记录等步骤,实现基于视频流的连锁信号智能、准确、高效识别。
