The invention provides a tower crane rotation power loss anti-lock circuit which comprises a resistor, a circuit breaker, a battery, an emergency stop button, a main contactor normally-closed contact, a brake contactor normally-open contact, a time delay relay coil, a time delay relay power-on time delay disconnection contact and a brake coil. The other end of the resistor is connected with a circuit breaker and an emergency stop button, the other end of the circuit breaker is connected with a battery, and the other end of the normally-closed contact of the main contactor is connected with a time delay relay coil and a time delay relay power-on time delay disconnection contact. The other end of the power-on delay disconnection contact of the delay relay is connected with a normally open contact of a brake contactor and a brake coil; the other end of the battery, the other end of the coil of the delay relay and the other end of the brake coil are respectively connected with the cathode of the battery; according to the invention, violent shaking of the tower crane and a hoisted object caused by sudden power failure during rotation operation can be avoided, and the emergency button can be immediately used for braking to guarantee the safety of equipment and personnel.

    本发明提供的一种塔机回转失电防抱死电路,包括电阻、断路器、电池、急停按钮、主接触器常闭触点、制动接触器常开触点、延时继电器线圈、延时继电器通电延时断开触点与制动器线圈,电源正极与电阻和制动接触器常开触点的一端连接,电阻的另一端与断路器和急停按钮连接,断路器的另一端与电池连接,主接触器常闭触点的另一端与延时继电器线圈和延时继电器通电延时断开触点连接,延时继电器通电延时断开触点的另一端与制动接触器常开触点和制动器线圈连接,电池另一端、延时继电器线圈另一端和制动器线圈另一端分别与电池负极连接;本发明可避免回转运行时突然断电造成塔机和吊物剧烈晃动,又可以通过紧急按钮立刻制动,保障设备和人员的安全。
