The invention provides a tower crane rotation speed control method and system and a tower crane. A motor control module obtains the torsion speed of a tower body in the rotation process currently collected by a sensor, and calculates a target frequency according to the torsion speed and a preset rotation speed; and the motor control module controls a motor to drive a rotation speed reducing mechanism to rotate according to the obtained target frequency. The torsion speed of the tower body of the tower crane is detected through the sensor, the compensated target rotation speed is calculated based on the torsion speed of the tower body and the preset rotation speed, then the compensated target frequency is calculated according to the target rotation speed, and the rotation speed of the motor is controlled according to the compensated target frequency. Due to the fact that the influence of the torsion speed of the tower body is considered when the frequency used for controlling the motor is calculated, bad influences such as unstable rotation speed, large arm shaking, rebound and the like caused by torsion of the tower body can be counteracted, and the rotation controllability is improved.

    本发明提供一种塔机回转速度的控制方法、系统及塔式起重机,电机控制模块获取传感器当前采集的塔身回转过程中的扭转速度,并根据所述扭转速度和预先设定的回转速度计算目标频率;所述电机控制模块根据获取的所述目标频率控制电机带动回转减速机构转动。通过传感器检测塔机的塔身的扭转速度,基于塔身的扭转速度与设定回转速度计算得到补偿后的目标回转速度,再根据目标回转速度计算补偿后的目标频率,根据补偿后的目标频率控制电机的转速。由于在计算控制电机的频率时会考虑塔身扭转速度的影响,从而可以抵消因塔身的扭转导致的回转速度不稳,大臂抖动和反弹等不良影响,提升回转操控性。
