The invention belongs to the technical field of ship navigation analysis and management, and particularly discloses a holographic autonomous navigation analysis and management system for ships. The system comprises a navigation channel information monitoring module, a basic navigation information extraction module, a navigation environment information monitoring module, a navigation state analysis module, a ship navigation confirmation module and an avoidance navigation generation feedback terminal. According to the method, the riverbed information of the navigation channel corresponding to the target ship is periodically monitored, and the basic navigation information and the navigation environment information of the target ship are monitored, so that navigation avoidance demand analysis is carried out, and the avoidance scheme is confirmed when avoidance is needed; the problem of limitation of navigation of the current ship in the obstacle avoidance level is effectively solved, the avoidance feasibility and the avoidance reliability of the ship are improved, the risk of collision of the ship is greatly reduced, and therefore the stability and the smoothness of subsequent ship navigation and the adaptability of subsequent navigation setting are maintained.
