The invention relates to the technical field of bearing hinge points in heavy machinery, and discloses a bearing hinge point for a crane and a maintenance method thereof.The bearing hinge point comprises a bearing seat, a bearing is arranged in the bearing seat, a hinge point shaft penetrates through the bearing and is coaxially arranged with the bearing seat, and bearing end covers fixedly connected with the side face of the bearing seat are arranged on the two sides of the bearing; a center hole matched with the hinge point shaft is formed in the bearing end cover, a first annular groove is formed in the position, on the outer side face of the bearing end cover, of the center hole, the felt ring is arranged on the peripheral side of the hinge point shaft in a sleeved mode and clamped in the first annular groove, the section of the felt ring is in an L shape so that a shoulder can be formed on the outer side face of the felt ring, and the felt ring baffle abuts against the shoulder and is fixedly connected with the bearing end cover. The felt ring can be replaced only by detaching the felt ring baffle, the replacement process is relatively simple, and potential safety hazards are small. The maintenance cost of bearing hinge points is low, and the felt ring replacement period is short; the whole maintenance process is free of difficulty caused by disassembly and assembly of the hinge point shaft, and the operation safety of personnel is greatly guaranteed.

    本发明涉及重型机械中的轴承铰点技术领域,公开了一种起重机用轴承铰点及其维修方法,包括轴承座,轴承座内部设有轴承,铰点轴穿过轴承且与轴承座同轴设置,轴承两侧设有与轴承座侧面固定连接的轴承端盖,轴承端盖上设有与铰点轴配合的中心孔,中心孔在轴承端盖外侧面处形成第一环形凹槽,毛毡圈套设于铰点轴周侧且卡接于第一环形凹槽内,毛毡圈截面呈L型以使得毛毡圈外侧面形成肩部,毡圈挡板与肩部抵接且与轴承端盖固定连接;本发明只需拆除毡圈挡板就可以完成毛毡圈的更换,更换过程相对简单,安全隐患小。轴承铰点的维护成本低,毛毡圈更换周期短;整个维修过程没有铰点轴拆装带来的困难,并大大保证了人员操作的安全性。
