The invention discloses a hydraulic rotary tubing tong suspension arm for an ocean hydraulic workover rig, which consists of a stand column I, a pin shaft, a stand column II, a single-row tapered roller bearing, a rotary cylinder, a bearing pressing cap, a lock washer, a round nut, a swing hydraulic cylinder, a rotary cover, a limiting sleeve, a sliding hoisting trolley, a suspension arm assembly, a pipe clamp and a foot bar, and is used for hoisting tubing tongs and adjusting the position of the tubing tongs. The lifting arm of the oil pipe tongs is provided with the hydraulic rotating cylinder, the lifting arm can be controlled to rotate through hydraulic force, the sliding lifting trolley used for lifting the oil pipe tongs is provided with the boosting hydraulic cylinder, sliding can be controlled through hydraulic force, and manual operation is not needed. The operation range of the rotatable suspension arm assembly is 180 degrees, and the requirements that the oil pipe tongs are hoisted to the center of a wellhead during operation and rotated to the position where operation of operators is not affected when the oil pipe tongs do not need to be used are met.
