The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft manufacturing, and provides an aileron integral type mold pressing mold, a mold pressing method and an aileron. The mold comprises a lower mold, a core mold, a side mold and an upper mold; the lower die comprises a lower die pressing part and a lower fixing part; the lower fixing parts are located on the two sides of the lower mold pressing part, and the lower mold pressing part is of a protruding structure relative to the lower fixing parts. The upper die comprises an upper die pressing part and an upper fixing part; the upper fixing parts are located on the two sides of the upper mold pressing part, and the upper fixing parts are of a protruding structure relative to the upper mold pressing part. The core mold is arranged at the lower mold pressing part and corresponds to a mounting rotating shaft of the aileron; and after the lower mold, the upper mold and the side mold are assembled, the inner surface of the side mold is attached to the end parts of the lower mold pressing part and the upper mold pressing part, and the outer surface of the side mold is attached to the inner surface of the upper fixing part, so that a cavity structure corresponding to the aileron in shape is formed. The method has the advantages of being low in cost, simple in process, short in consumed time and lighter in aileron weight during aileron manufacturing.

    本发明属于飞行器制造技术领域,提供了一种副翼整体式模压模具、模压方法及副翼。所述模具包括下模、芯模、侧模及上模;下模包括下模压部及下固定部;下固定部位于下模压部两侧,且下模压部相较于下固定部为一突出结构;上模包括上模压部及上固定部;上固定部位于上模压部两侧,且上固定部相较于上模压部为一突出结构;芯模装设于下模压部处与副翼的安装转轴相应;侧模装设于所述下固定部,下模、上模及侧模合模后,所述侧模的内表面与所述下模压部及所述上模压部的端部相贴,外表面与所述上固定部的内表面相贴,以形成一与副翼形状相应的空腔结构。本发明在进行副翼制造时具有成本低、过程简单、耗时短,且副翼重量更轻的优势。
