The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft body structure repair, in particular to a method for improving the fitting degree of a composite material bonding repair metal structure, which comprises the following steps: determining a damage range through a visual detection and nondestructive detection method; then, the damaged part is subjected to surface pretreatment in a manual polishing mode; preparing a composite patch material, an adhesive and related auxiliary materials; paving patches according to design requirements; the vacuum bag is packaged, and a heating unit is installed and solidified; performing patch post-treatment; checking the composite material patch; glass fiber fabrics with proper sizes are cut according to the gap sizes and the area of different regions; marking the mounting position of the patch in a red pen line drawing manner; preparing glue; a layer of glass cloth is cut, the required size is larger than the required filling size sum, and the glass cloth is subjected to gum dipping treatment. The thickness of the adhesive layer can be effectively controlled, and the controllability of the repairing process is improved; and the tensile-shear strength after gluing is improved, the actual repairing effect is effectively improved, and the actual use requirement is met.

    本发明涉及飞机机体结构修理技术领域,具体为一种提升复合材料胶接修理金属结构贴合度方法,包括以下步骤:通过目视检测及无损检测方法确定损伤范围;接着采用人工打磨方式对损伤部位进行表面预处理;准备复合材料补片材料、胶黏剂及相关辅助材料;按设计要求铺放补片;封装真空袋,安装加热单元并固化;补片后处理;验装复合材料补片;根据不同区域间隙尺寸及区域面积,裁剪合适大小玻璃纤维织物;用红笔划线的方式,标记补片的安装位置;配胶;裁剪一层玻璃布,要求尺寸大于所需填充尺寸总和,并对玻璃布进行浸胶处理。本发明可以有效控制胶层厚度,增加了修理过程的可控性;提升了胶接后的拉剪强度,有效提升实际修理效果,满足实际使用需求。
