According to the electric bicycle based on the energy converter, an inner stator (1) and an outer rotor (2) form a front motor, and the outer rotor (2) is connected with a front wheel through spokes to form a front wheel set; a motor shaft (3), an inner rotor (4) and an outer rotor (5) form a rear motor, and the outer rotor (5) is connected with a rear wheel through spokes to form a rear wheel set; the front motor, the rear motor and the control energy accumulator (10) form an energy converter; a pedal plate (7) is connected with a crankset (8) and is linked to an inner rotor (4) of the rear motor through a chain (9) to form a driving manpower transmission structure; the clutch (6) is used for combining and separating the inner rotor (4) and the outer rotor (5) in the rear motor; a front wheel set and a rear wheel set control an energy storage device to tread a force transmission structure and then cooperate with a bicycle tilt; a frame gt; lt; a front fork gt; the common components are combined with an accelerator handle (11), a torque control adjusting knob (12), a brake, a brake degree detector (13) and the like to form the whole electric bicycle.
