The invention discloses a new-energy electric bicycle which comprises a bicycle body, a solar battery pack, a controller, an electric power storage module and a power supply power system. The solar battery pack is fixedly arranged on a wheel spoke. The controller is in signal connection with the electric power storage module and the power supply power system. The solar battery pack is in signal connection with the electric power storage module. The new-energy electric bicycle has the advantages that the two kinds of new energy comprising solar energy and wind energy are efficiently utilized, energy conservation and environment protection are achieved, and new energy development and application are achieved; meanwhile, the new energy is close to the life of the ordinary people by using the bicycle as a carrier, and the purpose that the new energy serves ordinary people is achieved.
