Determining a target rotating speed of the low-voltage electric pump based on the real-time rotating speed and/or the real-time oil temperature of the steering system and a preset mapping relation; and based on the target rotating speed, the low-voltage electric pump is controlled to operate, and the main steering pump with the power-assisted target displacement smaller than the preset displacement outputs the power-assisted steering demand flow. According to the control method, when the rotating speed of the engine is smaller than the set value, the low-pressure electric pump assists the main steering pump to output the flow, that is, the required flow of power-assisted steering is provided by the main steering pump and the low-pressure electric pump together, so that the main steering pump with smaller displacement can be selected in the whole vehicle to carry out power-assisted steering; the problem that the output flow of the main steering pump is excessive when the engine operates at a high rotating speed is avoided, the oil temperature of a steering system is reduced, and the purpose of saving energy consumption is achieved.

    本申请涉及一种节能型转向液压助力控制方法、装置、设备及存储介质,涉及转向液压助力控制技术领域,包括当发动机实时转速小于或等于低转速目标阈值且切换阀的输出信号为高电平时,基于实时转速和/或转向系统实时油温及预设映射关系确定低压电动泵的目标转速;基于目标转速控制低压电动泵运行,以助力目标排量小于预设排量的主转向泵输出转向助力需求流量。通过本申请,当发动机转速小于设定值时,由低压电动泵辅助主转向泵进行流量输出,即转向助力需求流量由主转向泵和低压电动泵共同提供,使整车中可选择排量更小的主转向泵进行转向助力,避免主转向泵在发动机高转速运行时出现输出流量过剩问题,降低了转向系统油温并达到了节约能耗的目的。
