The invention discloses a mechanical hydraulic power-assisted steering adaptive energy-saving device, which can adaptively change the rotating speed of a power-assisted steering pump. A planetary transmission of a speed change part disclosed by the invention comprises a sun wheel, a planet wheel and a two-sided gear ring, wherein the center of the sun wheel is connected with an input shaft; the planet wheel is positioned between the sun wheel and the two-sided gear ring; the planet wheel is meshed with the sun wheel and an inner ring of the two-sided gear ring; a motor shaft of a servo motor is provided with a motor gear; the motor gear is meshed with an outer ring of the two-sided gear ring; an input end of a clutch of a power-assisted output part is connected with the planet wheel through a planet carrier; an output end of the clutch is connected with an output shaft; the power-assisted steering pump is connected with the output end of the clutch through the output shaft; a signal input end of an electronic control unit (ECU) of an electric control part is respectively connected with a vehicle speed sensor and a rotating speed sensor; a signal output end of the electronic control unit (ECU) is respectively connected with the signal input ends of a motor driver and the clutch; the signal output end of the motor driver is connected with a control end of the servo motor.
