The invention discloses a central inflation and deflation system with bidirectional TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) communication, which comprises a combination valve assembly, a wheel side valve control assembly and a battery pack, the combination valve assembly comprises a combination valve control ECU (electronic control unit) and a control valve group, and the combination valve ECU realizes pressure measurement, inflation and deflation functions of tires by adjusting the control valve group. Pressure waves are generated in the air pipes communicated with the tires; the wheel side valve assembly comprises a wheel side electric control valve ECU, a motor, an electric control valve and two sets of TPMS sensors, one set of TPMS sensors are used for collecting pressure wave signals, the wheel side electric control valve ECU issues an execution command to the motor after analyzing the pressure wave signals, the motor controls the electric control valve to be opened and closed, and the motor controls the electric control valve to be opened and closed. The other group of TPMS sensors are in signal connection with a wheel-side electric control valve ECU and a combination valve control ECU; and the battery pack is used for supplying power to the wheel side valve assembly. According to the central inflation and deflation system, bidirectional TPMS communication is achieved in a pressure fluctuation mode, and the service life of a TPMS battery is effectively prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种带双向TPMS通讯的中央充放气系统,包括组合阀总成、轮边阀控制总成、电池包,所述组合阀总成包括组合阀控制ECU、控制阀组,所述组合控制阀ECU通过调节控制阀组实现轮胎的测压、充气和放气功能,并在于与轮胎连通的气管中产生压力波;所述轮边阀总成包括轮边电控阀ECU、电机、电控阀及两组TPMS传感器,其中一组TPMS传感器用于采集压力波信号,所述轮边电控阀ECU解析压力波信号后向电机下发执行命令,所述电机控制电控阀的开启和关闭,另一组TPMS传感器与轮边电控阀ECU和组合阀控制ECU信号连接;所述电池包用于给轮边阀总成供电。该中央充放气系统通过压力波动的方式实现双向TPMS通讯,有效提高TPMS电池的使用寿命。
