A sensor interface (20) acquires a distance distribution from the ranging sensor. The detection range of the distance measuring sensor overlaps at least a part of the imaging range of the imaging unit. The distance measuring sensor measures the distance distribution by receiving the reflected wave of the projection wave on the object. The distance distribution includes a distance value to the reflection point for each of the plurality of directions. The controller (21) detects a subject image as a subject from the captured image. The controller (21) calculates the position of the subject in the width direction on the basis of the captured image and the distance distribution. The subject corresponds to the subject image. The width direction is parallel to the horizontal direction and perpendicular to the optical axis direction of the imaging unit.
