The invention discloses a bridge crane load swing angle detection method based on computer vision, relates to the technical field of computer vision, and adopts a computer vision method to realize non-contact measurement of a load swing angle. An infrared rectangular light source installed on a load is used as a mark, and an industrial camera is used for detection. Particularly, an infrared filter is arranged on the industrial camera, so that the captured features are more obvious. In order to improve the accuracy and real-time performance of detection, a method of combining color separation and rectangular contour detection is adopted to quickly identify the marker. And the camera set is used to calculate the swing angle according to the identification result. According to the method, the mark point can be quickly identified, and the load swing angle can be accurately calculated. Particularly, the method has relatively high independence and anti-interference capability, and is very suitable for a bridge crane system.

    本发明公开了一种基于计算机视觉的桥式起重机负载摆角检测方法,涉及计算机视觉的技术领域,采用计算机视觉方法实现了负载摆角的非接触式测量。本发明使用安装在负载上的红外矩形光源作为标记,并使用工业摄像机进行检测。特别的,在工业相机上安装红外滤光片来让捕捉的特征更加明显。为了提高检测的准确性和实时性,采用色彩分离与矩形轮廓检测相结合的方法对标记物进行快速识别。然后利用摄像机集合,根据识别结果计算出摆动角度。本发明方法能快速识别标记点,并能准确计算出负载摆角。特别的是,该方法具有较强的独立性和抗干扰能力,非常适用于桥式起重机系统。
