A swinging bridge crane comprises a main beam, a frame, a lifting hook, a lifting mechanism and an anti-swinging mechanism. The lifting mechanism comprises a lifting winding drum, a first guide wheel, a second guide wheel and a first lifting rope. The first guide wheel and the second guide wheel are sequentially and rotationally arranged on the frame in the first direction. One end of the first lifting rope is wound on the lifting winding drum, and the other end of the first lifting rope penetrates through the space between the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel and is fixedly connected to the lifting hook. The anti-swing mechanism comprises a shell, a take-up sliding block, a winding wheel, a second lifting rope, a third lifting rope and a swing angle detection assembly. The take-up sliding block is arranged in the shell in a sliding mode in the first direction. The invention provides an anti-swing bridge crane, aiming at solving the problem that cargoes can swing when an existing bridge crane is used for hoisting.
