The invention discloses a BOG heating cycle control system and method of a VLCC ship. The BOG heating cycle control system comprises a BOG preheater, a normal-temperature BOG compressor, a control valve and a BOG cooler. The output end of one flow channel of the BOG preheater communicates with the control valve and the normal-temperature BOG compressor, the control valve communicates with the dual-fuel boiler, and the normal-temperature BOG compressor communicates with the low-pressure buffer tank through one flow channel of the BOG cooler; the high-temperature ethylene glycol water circulation system is communicated with the other flow channel of the BOG preheater to form a circulation loop and exchanges heat with one flow channel of the BOG preheater through high-temperature ethylene glycol water; the low-temperature ethylene glycol water circulation system is communicated with the other flow channel of the BOG preheater and the other flow channel of the BOG cooler to form a circulation loop, and heat exchange is conducted between the low-temperature ethylene glycol water circulation system and one flow channel of the BOG preheater and one flow channel of the BOG cooler through low-temperature ethylene glycol water. The purpose of saving cost and energy is achieved.
本发明公开了一种VLCC船舶的BOG加热循环控制系统及其方法,包括BOG预加热器、常温BOG压缩机、控制阀和BOG冷却器;BOG预加热器的一流道输出端分别与控制阀以及常温BOG压缩机连通,且控制阀与双燃料锅炉连通,常温BOG压缩机经BOG冷却器的一流道与低压缓冲罐连通;高温乙二醇水循环系统与BOG预加热器的另一流道连通形成循环回路,并通过高温乙二醇水与BOG预加热器的一流道进行热交换;低温乙二醇水循环系统分别与BOG预加热器的另一流道以及BOG冷却器的另一流道连通形成循环回路,并通过低温乙二醇水分别与BOG预加热器的一流道以及BOG冷却器的一流道进行热交换。本发明达到节约成本和能源的目的。
