The combined balance weight structure for the hoisting machinery comprises a balance weight base and a lifting seat, the lifting seat is fixedly installed in the middle of the outer surface of the upper end of the balance weight base, and a plurality of sets of first balance weight blocks are arranged on the side, close to the lifting seat, of the outer surface of the upper end of the balance weight base in a stacked mode; a plurality of sets of second balancing weights are arranged on the other side, close to the lifting base, of the outer surface of the upper end of the balancing weight base in a stacked mode, a lifting clamp used for fixing the first balancing weights and the second balancing weights is movably installed at the upper end of the lifting base, and two sets of butt joint clamping strips are fixedly installed on the outer surfaces of the lower ends of the first balancing weights and the outer surfaces of the lower ends of the second balancing weights. The first balancing weight and the second balancing weight with different heights can be flexibly fixed by utilizing the lifting fixture, so that the structural stability of the first balancing weight and the second balancing weight is ensured while the combined structure of the first balancing weight and the second balancing weight is not influenced; and the inclination phenomenon of the first balancing weight and the second balancing weight caused by the rotation operation of the crane is avoided.

    本发明公开一种起重机械用组合式配重结构,包括配重底座和升降座,所述升降座固定安装在配重底座的上端外表面中部位置,所述配重底座的上端外表面靠近升降座的一侧叠放设置有若干组第一配重块,所述配重底座的上端外表面靠近升降座的另一侧叠放设置有若干组第二配重块,所述升降座的上端活动安装有用来固定第一配重块和第二配重块的升降卡具,所述第一配重块和第二配重块的下端外表面均固定安装有两组对接卡条;利用升降卡具可以灵活固定不同高度的第一配重块和第二配重块,在不影响第一配重块和第二配重块组合结构的同时,保证了第一配重块和第二配重块的结构稳定性,避免第一配重块和第二配重块受起重机旋转操作影响而出现倾斜现象。
