The invention discloses a combined counterweight structure for a hoisting machine, and relates to the technical field of hoisting machines. The combined counterweight structure comprises a counterweight box, one surface of the counterweight box is rotationally connected with a box door, the bottom of the inner wall of the counterweight box is slidably connected with a supporting plate, a pluralityof counterweight blocks are connected to the top of the supporting plate in a clamped mode, the top of the counterweight box is rotationally connected with a compressing mechanism penetrating throughthe top of the counterweight box and extending into the counterweight box, and an air pump matched with the compressing mechanism is fixed to the top of the counterweight box; and the bottom of the supporting plate is in transmission connection with a driving shaft through a connecting block, wherein the driving shaft penetrates through the counterweight box. The multiple counterweight blocks ofthe hoisting machine are divided and combined with the counterweight box together to be mounted on the hoisting machine to act as a whole counterweight, the number of the counterweight blocks to be used can be reasonably selected according to the weight of heavy objects needing to be lifted, the self-weight of the counterweight is decreased, thus the weight of the hoisting machine is decreased, energy consumed to overcome weight movement in the transfer process is reduced, the using cost of the hoisting machine is lowered, and the using flexibility of the hoisting machine is improved.

    本发明公开了一种起重机械用组合式配重结构,涉及起重机械技术领域。本发明包括配重箱,配重箱一表面转动连接有箱门,配重箱内壁底部滑动连接有支撑板,支撑板顶部卡接有若干配重块,配重箱顶部转动连接有贯穿配重箱顶部且延伸至配重箱内部的压紧机构,配重箱顶部固定有与压紧机构配合的气泵;支撑板底部通过连接块传动连接有贯穿配重箱的驱动轴。本发明通过将起重设备的配重块分成多个,与配重箱组合在一起安装在起重机械上,充当一整块配重,能够根据需要要起吊重物的重量合理选着配重块使用的数量,降低配重的自重,进而减轻起重机械的重量和转移过程中克服重量移动而消耗的能量,降低起重机械的使用成本,提高起重机械使用灵活性。
