The invention relates to the technical field of safety production of gantry cranes, in particular to an intelligent anti-collision access control system which comprises a data acquisition module for acquiring weight information and distance information of foreign objects/vehicles and sending the weight information and the distance information to a control module; the driving module is used for determining moving states of the gantry crane and the intelligent entrance guard; and the control module is used for sending an operation signal to the driving module according to the weight information and the distance information. According to the intelligent anti-collision access control system, the gravity sensor is used for judging whether a coming object is a vehicle or other large-scale construction equipment, and the gravity sensor and the infrared distance measuring equipment at the hook of the gantry crane are used for judging the working state and the position of the gantry crane, so that the intelligent anti-collision access control system is realized through equipment communication and logic control; execution actions and triggering conditions of large equipment passing through a gantry crane working area are limited, and therefore safety of gantry crane equipment and equipment vehicles entering and exiting a construction area is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及龙门吊安全生产技术领域,具体是一种智能防撞门禁系统,包括:数据采集模块,用于获取外来物体/车辆的重量信息和距离信息,并将所述重量信息和距离信息发送至控制模块中;驱动模块,用于确定龙门吊和智能门禁的移动状态;控制模块,用于根据所述重量信息和距离信息,向所述驱动模块发送运行信号。本发明的智能防撞门禁系统通过重力传感器判别所来物体是车辆或者其他的大型施工设备,通过龙门吊挂钩处的重力传感器和红外测距设备判断龙门吊的工作状态和所在位置,从而通过设备通讯和逻辑控制,对大型设备通过龙门吊工作区域的执行动作和触发条件进行了限制,进而保证了龙门吊设备、进出施工区域设备车辆的安全。
