The invention discloses an intelligent anti-collision system for high-altitude synchronous operation in a crossed space and a control method of the intelligent anti-collision system. In order to solve the potential collision problem of synchronous cross operation of multiple machines in a relative space in the building industry, the intelligent anti-collision system comprises an infrared laser positioning subsystem, a camera visual recognition subsystem, an automatic limiting subsystem and a central processing unit. The central processing unit coordinates the data exchange of each subsystem, receives the data input of each sensor, carries out data integration and advanced decision processing, and sends a control instruction to a corresponding execution mechanism. The whole system is modularly designed to facilitate maintenance, and redundancy design can be adopted to improve the reliability of the system. Based on multi-source information synchronous fusion, the method can automatically monitor and identify the relative space synchronous operation and early warning of the group tower and the crawler crane in the whole process, and improves the safety of building construction engineering.

    本发明公开了一种交叉空间高空同步作业用智能防碰撞系统及其控制方法。针对建筑行业多机械在相对空间同步交叉作业潜在的碰撞问题,所述智能防碰撞系统包括红外激光定位子系统、摄像头视觉识别子系统、自动限位子系统和中央处理单元。中央处理单元协调各子系统的数据交流,并接收各个传感器的数据输入,进行数据集成与高级决策处理,发出控制指令到相应的执行机构上。整个系统进行模块化设计以方便维护,还可采用冗余设计以提高系统的可靠性。本发明基于多源信息同步融合,可全过程自动监控和辨识群塔及履带吊相对空间同步作业及预警,提高了建筑施工工程的安全性。
