The invention relates to the field of photo-thermal driven flexible robots, in particular to a photo-thermal driven one-way continuous crawling flexible robot with bionic bristles. The flexible robot is composed of three modules, namely a middle driving module composed of a photo-thermal response liquid crystal polymer and a polyimide base material and two bionic bristle modules (called a front foot and a rear foot) located at the front end and the rear end. According to the flexible robot, bending deformation and recovery of the driving module can be achieved only by judging whether the driving module is irradiated by the near-infrared light source or not, and meanwhile continuous crawling movement driven by light and heat is achieved by means of the principle that the bristle structure hinders the flexible robot from moving backwards. From the perspective of bionics, special environment or shape design is not needed, a specific 3D deformation program does not need to be provided for the flexible robot, and the flexible robot can achieve controllable continuous crawling movement only by having certain deformation capacity and a simple bionic bristle structure. The strategy has great research significance for promoting research and development of the photo-thermal driven flexible robot.
本发明涉及光热驱动柔性机器人领域,具体地说是一种带有仿生刚毛的光热驱动可单向连续爬行柔性机器人。所述柔性机器人由三个模块组成,分别为中间由光热响应液晶聚合物和聚酰亚胺基材组成的驱动模块和两个位于前端和后端的仿生刚毛模块(称为前足和后足)。所述柔性机器人仅通过驱动模块是否受到近红外光源的照射,即可实现驱动模块的弯曲形变与恢复,同时利用刚毛结构阻碍柔性机器人向后运动的原理,实现光热驱动的连续爬行运动。本发明从仿生的角度出发,无需特殊的环境或形状设计,也无需为柔性机器人提供特定3D变形程序,柔性机器人只需具有一定形变能力和简单的仿生刷毛结构即可实现可控的连续爬行运动。此策略对推动光热驱动柔性机器人的研究和发展具有重大研究意义。
