The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a battery thermal runaway prediction method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: building a feature matrix of battery attributes of a current vehicle when the current vehicle is judged to meet a preset thermal runaway prediction condition, and inputting the characteristic matrix into a preset overheating prediction model to obtain a plurality of thermal risk probabilities of the battery of the current vehicle, calculating an average value of the plurality of thermal risk probabilities, and obtaining a thermal runaway prediction result of the current vehicle according to the average value of the plurality of thermal risk probabilities. Therefore, the problems that different overheat prediction models need to be established for adaptation for vehicle data under different conditions, meanwhile, nonlinear fitting of battery attribute internal factors and feature construction of external environment factors are lacked, and therefore the prediction accuracy of the overheat prediction models is affected are solved.
