The invention discloses an overcharge charging gun phase change refrigeration system and method, and the system comprises a CAN signal receiving and transmitting device which is communicated with a charging pile and an electric vehicle, and is used for receiving a charging current signal; the multiple temperature sensors are arranged in the charging gun in advance and used for detecting the real-time temperature of the charging gun; the artificial intelligence temperature prediction module is communicated with the CAN signal receiving and transmitting device and the temperature sensor, and predicts the temperature and change of the charging gun based on Kalman filtering and an artificial intelligence algorithm; the phase change refrigeration device is arranged at the joint of the charging gun and the charging gun line in the charging pile and is used for cooling the charging gun; and the refrigerating system control module is connected with the artificial intelligence temperature prediction module and the phase change refrigerating device and used for controlling the phase change refrigerating device. The charging gun is cooled through the phase change refrigeration technology, so that the charging gun can be cooled in time, the cooling effect of phase change refrigeration is independent of the environment temperature, and the charging gun is high in environmental adaptability.

    本发明公开了一种超充充电枪相变制冷系统及方法包括:CAN信号接收发送装置,与充电桩及电动汽车相连通,用于接收充电电流信号;温度感应器,预先设置在充电枪内,具有多个,用于检测充电枪实时温度;人工智能温度预测模块,与CAN信号接收发送装置及温度感应器连通,基于卡尔曼滤波和人工智能算法预测充电枪的温度及变化;相变制冷装置,设置在充电桩中的充电枪及充电枪线连接处,用于冷却充电枪;制冷系统控制模块,与人工智能温度预测模块以及相变制冷装置连接,用于控制相变制冷装置。本发明通过利用相变制冷技术进行冷却充电枪,使得充电枪可以及时散热冷却,且相变制冷的冷却效果独立于环境温度,对环境适应性强。
