The invention discloses charging equipment with an overcharge automatic protection function. The charging equipment comprises a charger body, and a storage battery placing space is arranged in the charger body. A temperature sensor capable of sensing the temperature of the bottom of the storage battery is arranged on the lower side of the storage battery placement space; a storage battery liftingdevice is arranged on the lower side of the temperature sensor; the storage battery lifting device comprises a first motor which is located on the lower side of the temperature sensor and receives anelectric signal sent by the temperature sensor through a wire so as to transmit power. Lifting of the storage battery is achieved through belt transmission and threaded transmission, disconnection ofthe storage battery and the charging connector is achieved through meshing transmission between a gear and a rack, and therefore the storage battery is effectively disconnected from the charging modein the overcharging state, and the situation that the service life of the storage battery is shortened due to overcharging of the storage battery is avoided.
