The invention discloses an electric steering axle, a power transmission structure thereof and an engineering vehicle. The electric steering axle comprises an axle housing, a supporting seat, a motor, a steering frame and a transmission shaft, the pair of supporting seats is installed on the axial faces of the two sides of the axle housing. The pair of motors is mounted in the accommodating cavity of the axle housing, and output shafts of the two motors respectively penetrate out of the corresponding axle housing axial surfaces and then are connected with a flange I positioned in the supporting seat; the pair of bogies are hinged to the corresponding supporting seats on the two sides of the axle housing respectively, hub reducers are installed on the outer side axial surfaces of the bogies, and input shafts of the hub reducers are connected with flanges II located in the bogies; the transmission shaft is connected between the flange I and the flange II, and the motor transmits power to the hub reduction gear through the flange I, the flange II and the transmission shaft to drive the hub reduction gear to rotate. Limitation of an existing mechanical transmission axle is broken through, bidirectional driving can be achieved, the vehicle does not need to turn around in a loading and unloading area, loading and unloading efficiency is greatly improved, and tire abrasion is reduced.
本发明公开了一种电动转向桥及其动力传输结构、工程车辆,包括桥壳、支撑座、电动机、转向架和传动轴;一对支撑座安装在桥壳的两侧轴面上;一对电动机安装在桥壳的容纳腔室中,两个电动机的输出轴分别从相应的桥壳轴面穿出后与位于支撑座中的法兰Ⅰ相连;一对转向架分别与桥壳两侧相应的支撑座相铰接,在转向架的外侧轴面处安装有轮边减速器,轮边减速器的输入轴与位于转向架中的法兰Ⅱ相连;传动轴连接在法兰Ⅰ和法兰Ⅱ之间,电动机将动力分别通过法兰Ⅰ、法兰Ⅱ和传动轴,传递至轮边减速器,驱动轮边减速器转动。本发明突破了现有机械传动车桥的限制,可以实现双向行驶,车辆无须在装卸区调头行驶,大大提高装卸效率,减少轮胎磨损。
