The invention relates to the field of wheel type automatic mobile robots, in particular to an electric steering axle which comprises a welding cross beam, a rotating power piece, a steering gear box,screw rods and steering knuckles. The rotating power piece and the steering gear box are both arranged on the welding cross beam and are in power connection; two screw rods and two steering knuckles are arranged; the two ends of the steering gear box are connected with the screw rods respectively, the screw rods are hinged to the steering knuckles, and the two steering knuckles are hinged to the two ends of the welding cross beam respectively. When the rotating power piece inputs a torque, the steering gear box drives the two screw rods to transversely move left and right, and then the steering knuckles are driven to rotate on the welding cross beam. The automatic steering axle is designed based on the Ackerman steering principle, the steering power comes from the rotating power piece instead of manpower, so that the automatic steering function is achieved. In addition, the electric steering axle is simple in mechanical structure and convenient to install, and can also be used for other outdoor movable trolley chassis.
本发明涉及轮式自动移动机器人领域,具体涉及一种电动转向车桥,包括:焊接横梁、旋转动力件、方向机、螺杆、转向节;旋转动力件、方向机均设置在焊接横梁上且两者动力连接,螺杆、转向节的数量为两个,方向机的两端分别连接螺杆,螺杆与转向节铰接,两个转向节分别铰接在焊接横梁的两端处;当旋转动力件进行转矩输入时,方向机带动两个螺杆左右横向移动,继而带动转向节在焊接横梁上转动。其基于阿克曼转向原理设计出一种可自动的转向车桥,转向动力来源于旋转动力件,而非人力,实现自动转向功能。另外本发明机械结构简单,安装方式便捷,也可用于其它户外移动式小车底盘上。
