Disclosed is a refrigerant circulation pressure control system for a reliquefaction system of a ship. A refrigerant circulation pressure control system for a reliquefaction system of a ship according to the present invention comprises: a heat exchanger which is provided in the reliquefaction system of the ship and receives boil-off gas from a storage tank to cool the boil-off gas; and a refrigerant cycle including a refrigerant cycle line, a refrigerant compressor, and an expander, the refrigerant cycle circulating a refrigerant for cooling the boil-off gas in the heat exchanger via the refrigerant cycle line, the refrigerant compressor is provided in the refrigerant circulation line, cools the boil-off gas in the heat exchanger, and compresses the refrigerant discharged from the heat exchanger. An expander that expands and cools the refrigerant that is cooled via the heat exchanger after being compressed by the refrigerant compressor and supplies the refrigerant as the refrigerant of the heat exchanger; a storage tank for storing a refrigerant to be filled in the refrigerant cycle; a refrigerant supply line connected from the storage tank to a front end of the refrigerant compressor to replenish refrigerant in the refrigerant cycle; a refrigerant discharge line connected to the storage tank from a rear end of the refrigerant compressor to discharge the refrigerant of the refrigerant cycle to the storage tank; and a pressure control line branching off from the refrigerant discharge line, in which the refrigerant cycle may reduce the pressure by discharging the refrigerant of the refrigerant cycle through the refrigerant discharge line or the pressure control line.
