Disclosed is a refrigerant charging system for a reliquefaction system of a ship. The refrigerant charging system for the reliquefaction system of the ship according to the present invention comprises: a reliquefaction system provided in the ship, a refrigerant circulation line to re-liquefy the boil-off gas by compressing the boil-off gas generated from a storage tank having a liquefied gas stored therein and performing heat exchange in a heat exchanger between the compressed boil-off gas and the refrigerant circulated through the refrigerant circulation line; a buffer tank in which common nitrogen to be supplied to the ship is stored; a booster compressor which is supplied with the common nitrogen gas from the buffer tank, and which compresses and supplies the same to the refrigerant circulation line; and a first loading line that supplies the common nitrogen gas from the buffer tank to the refrigerant circulation line while bypassing the supercharge compressor, in which the first loading line supplies the common nitrogen gas from the buffer tank to the refrigerant circulation line while bypassing the supercharge compressor during the initial charge in a state in which the reliquefaction system is stopped. The common nitrogen gas is supplied from the buffer tank to the refrigerant circulation line through the first loading line using a differential pressure between the refrigerant circulation line and the buffer tank, and thereby the refrigerant is charged.
